Functional fitness

Functional fitness enhances everyday movements and reduces injury risk, increases fitness levels, and improves strength, agility, balance, and coordination. Using multiple muscle groups, it includes bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, and high-intensity interval training. Ideal for athletes, military personnel, and older adults looking to improve daily task performance, functional fitness is a practical exercise approach. 

Weight loss/gain

At Mithun’s Fitness Factory, our customized weight loss/gain programs cater to your needs. Our trainers use your body composition, fitness goals, and medical history to create exercise and diet plans. Our weight loss program features cardio and strength training with a healthy, sustainable diet. The weight gain program involves muscle-building exercises and calorie-dense meals. Our trainers provide support to help you reach your goals and improve your lifestyle.

Small Group Training

Small Group Training offers personalized and social workouts, with individualized routines tailored to meet each member’s needs and goals. Clients receive personal attention and can work at their own pace while challenging themselves. The group size of 3-4 encourages motivation and support in a warm and welcoming environment. Expect warm-up, targeted workouts, and cool-down/stretching to help you improve endurance, build strength, and have fun.

Nutrition

Good nutrition is key to achieving fitness goals. It provides the nutrients needed for muscle growth and post-workout recovery. cardio Training
